Method of Selection : BSNL shall fix the minimum qualifying marks for OC/OBC/SC/ST/PH candidates for each section as well as in the aggregate. Candidates obtaining less than minimum qualifying marks in any of the section or in the aggregate shall not be considered for inclusion in the merit-list. The merit-list will be drawn up on the basis of candidates’ performance in the exam and the number of vacancies. The appearance of the name in the merit-list does not confer any right to the candidate for employment. The successful candidates will be invited to produce their certificates/documents for verification and then a formal appointment letter will be issued to those successful candidates who fulfil all the eligibility conditions and other formalities for undergoing Induction training . Training and Bond : Selected candidate will undergo the prescribed training as per the training plan laid down by BSNL .
